All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer **free standard shipping** on all orders within India. For international shipping, rates are calculated based on the destination and package weight, which will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time mentioned above. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Janta Key Holder is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or customs clearance. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated delivery timeframe.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@briskservice.shop within 24 hours so we can investigate and assist you further.
